Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary, highly qualified executive for the role of Director of Worldwide Sales and Marketing. As a key member of our senior management team, you will drive global brand growth, manage critical distribution channels, oversee day-to-day business operations, and help shape the future of our product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel global sales and marketing strategies spanning digital campaigns, targeted print media, and trade shows.
- Channel Management: Travel internationally to engage with global dealers and distributors, providing hands-on product training, localized marketing materials, and high-level account support.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and lead local office personnel, overseeing recruitment, professional development, performance evaluations, and goal-setting initiatives.
- Product Vision & Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and market research to identify industry trends, helping define the next generation of Lynx audio solutions.
- Vendor & Operations Management: Oversee strategic vendor relationships and analyze product run rates to optimize production scheduling, inventory levels, and supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent executive-level industry experience will be considered).
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in sales and marketing management, with a track record of leadership in a senior or executive capacity.
- Industry Expertise: Deep, working knowledge of the professional audio industry, pro-audio gear, and studio workflows.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, cross-functional leadership, and data-driven operational management skills. International business experience is highly desirable.
