Lynx Studio Technology Announces Retirement of Mike Nicoletti, Welcomes Noel Larson as Vice President of Sales and Marketing

With the pending retirement of longtime employee Mike Nicoletti, Lynx Studio Technology has announced the hiring of pro audio industry veteran Noel Larson for the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Larson has already begun his new position, and will take the reins of the department upon Nicoletti’s retirement at the end of September.

“Mike has done an outstanding job serving our domestic dealers and international distributors, as well as helping to run our customer service team for years previous to that,” says Lynx co-owner and Chief Hardware Engineer Bob Bauman. “We’re going to miss his positive outlook and deep understanding of our products, and at the same time welcome Noel, who joins us with extensive pro audio manufacturing experience.”

Co-owner and Chief Software Engineer David Hoatson adds, “We greatly appreciate Mike’s contributions to the success of Lynx and wish him well in his much-deserved retirement. The addition of Noel to our team will now bring us many opportunities to take advantage of his deep sales/marketing experience.”

Noel Larson joins Lynx after a career that spans both retail and manufacturing experience. Most recently, Larson was the General Manager of Ashly Audio, a manufacturer of amplifiers and DSP processing, where he handled P&L management and product strategy. Previous to that, Larson spent years in sales/marketing management roles for Harman International, working with their large portfolio of brands such as Lexicon, dbx Pro Audio, AKG, BSS, DigiTech, and more. He also served as the Director of Business Development for retailer Musician’s Friend.
