Hi,

I'm getting an IO Hardware Adapter Error on my LynxTwo. The only place the card is visible is in the Device manager ... with the error message attached.

A month earlier I experienced something similar. I took the opportunity to upgrade the firmware and the driver to the latest version and decoupled the power amp. The card came back when the power amp was disconnected. I switched to a different power amp to isolate the problem. The card started to work again. So I assumed it was the amp. But now the card is malfunctioning again - even when the power amp is disconnected.

I've had the card for more than 10 years, and for quite a few of those, the PC has been turned on 24/7. Has the card perhaps been worn out?


I've tried the hardware test, but the demo app doesn't even see the sound card.

What is the error message you get in device manager? 
And does the Lynx Mixer launch successfully?
