I need to know if I can put TWO AES 16e cards into a Sonnet Tech Echo Express Pro exp chassis and plug into Thunerbolt on my Mac and run Protools 10. Anyone from tech support please answer this question.

Yes.  The only limitation is you cannot connect the AES50 port if you have the AES16e-50.
