 Topic: protools 10 HD doesn't regognize aurora 8

Hi,
my Aurora 8 worked perfectly with my protools 9 Hd , yesterdau i updated to pro tools 10
downloaded new Avid core driver and now nothing appears in mu setup protools
it appears in the Avid core audio setup but not in the software pt10
i reinstalled pt 10 and trashed pref as says in topics ,nothing...
could you please help me ?

What Avid card is in the computer?
Does the Aurora with the LT-HD appear in AUDIO MIDI SETUP of the Mac?

-thanks for your answer ,
in audio midi setup it appears as" digidesign " but no configuration is possible , no in no out in this view,
-in the audio preference of my mac ,its recognize as digidesign HW (HD) PCI card
in the "playback engine" only agregate and others analog out
firmware version is actually 25
it works perfectly with PT9 or 8

i clean preferences, and now it appears in audio and midi setup
when i launch pro tools it create a aggregate io in audio setup
pro tools open and harware setup nothing, in playback engine nothing

This is a PT|HD system, but it is a PCI card? Do you have an expansion chassis? Also if it is a TDM card, it should not create an aggregate device, you don't have the option to select it as TDM in Playback Engine? Aggregates are for Core Audio devices.

hd is pci express, no chassis,

If the card does not show up as a TDM option from Playback Engine then there must be something awry with the card or the installation. Perhaps you need to uninstall then reinstall the software.
You also may want to run Digitest to see if there is a hardware problem with the HD card.
